Employees of JSC "Satellite System "Gonets" took part in the IX International High-tech Professions Championship, which was held from November 7 to 11, 2022 in Yekaterinburg.
The championship was organized by the Skills and Professions Development Agency with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects, major holdings and corporations. The main goal of the Championship in the current conditions was to help strengthen the staffing of the country's economy by focusing on the use of Russian equipment while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity, rapid training and retraining of specialists for import substitution tasks.
Employees of JSC "Satellite System "Gonets", together with colleagues from other enterprises belonging to the State Corporation Roscosmos, took part in the business events of the Championship and showed very good results in individual and group tests as part of the corporate competition. The HR Director Alla Viktorovna Maslennikova took an active part in the events of the business program.
Ekaterina Nikolaevna Okovalkova, a specialist of the Satellite Systems Application Directorate, and Vladimir Viktorovich Vinnichenko, a labor protection specialist, took an active part in the individual and team competitions from the "Satellite System "Gonets" JSC in the Championship.
In total, about 200 participants and experts from 13 organizations of the rocket and space industry performed for the Roscosmos team in 29 competencies of the Championship and 4 areas of the Cup, winning 13 gold, 10 silver and 21 bronze distinctions in the Championship. According to the results of the competition, the Roscosmos national team became one of the leading teams.
The International Hi-Tech Professions Championship annually gathers workers and engineers of the largest Russian industrial enterprises developing production standards and participating in technical re-equipment. During the 8 years of the Championship, it has proven itself as an effective tool for updating the mechanisms of staffing of the backbone branches of Russian industry. In 2022, about 600 contestants and 500 experts took part in the competition in 37 cross–cutting and industry competencies corresponding to 4 blocks: construction and construction technologies, manufacturing and engineering technologies, information and communication technologies, as well as the block of skills of the future - Future Skills.
