JSC "Satellite system "Gonets" (part of the State Corporation "Roscosmos") presented the first results of the work of the software and hardware complex (SHC) for monitoring power lines "Gonets-Impulse". Pilot projects were launched in Sverdlovsk Region and in Chechen Republic.
In January 2022, 3 complexes of the Gonets-Impulse SHC were launched in Sverdlovsk Region in the pilot operation mode. During the first few days of operation, they showed successful results: all data on the state of the power grids are transmitted on time and in full.
Also, testing of the Gonets-Impulse SHC in Chechen Republic is currently being completed, the decision on the use of which was made by the Ministry of Economic, Territorial Development and Trade of Chechnya in December 2021. Testing of the new complex has shown good results, in the near future the equipment will be installed on power lines.
SHC "Gonets-Impulse" is a universal complex for monitoring high-voltage power transmission lines, developed by JSC "Satellite System "Gonets" together with LLC "Sistema" in summer 2021. The complex allows to collect quicky and transmit the real data on the state of power grids via the satellite communication channel "Gonets" from any remote regions of the country. Among other parameters, the solution allows to collect data on the transmitted volumes of electricity, which allows to prevent illegal actions and optimize the operational parameters of the network.
