Started trial operation of a ship earth station (BES) "the Messenger" at the Baltic fishing fleet – set communication equipment was successfully installed and tested on a fishing vessel "Adria".
The work was carried out by specialists of JSC "Satellite system "Gonets" together with the staff of the Kaliningrad branch of the Center monitoring and communication of the Agency. ESS will be used as a communication device and transmission of data electronically-field journal (APJ) fishing vessel, going to sea is planned for the current week.
Data API containing reports on the activities of the vessel will be transferred to the branch system of monitoring of water biological resources. Earlier, a similar installation of equipment "Messenger" was successfully held in the far Eastern and Arctic ocean, as well as in the Crimea.
