JSC "Gonets Satellite System" took part in the International Space Exploration Conference (GLEX-2021), held on June 14-18 in St. Petersburg and organized by the State Corporation Roscosmos in cooperation with the International Astronautical Federation.
This event is held on an annual basis in different countries of the world and is intended for meeting, business communication and exchange of experience of professionals specializing in various fields of space activity: engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs and representatives of space agencies.
Pavel Cherenkov, General Director of Gonets Satellite System JSC, and Oleg Khimochko, First Deputy of the Company, took part in the discussion of the prospects for the development of satellite communications and services with its use. Pavel Cherenkov took part in the Key Technologies session, making a presentation on Satellite Communications in IoT Networks, where the features of the use of various satellite services in IoT networks, as well as the current state and development directions of the Gonets satellite system were considered.
