JSC "Satellite System "Gonets" (part of the State Corporation "Roscosmos") took part in the VII corporate championship of professional skills "Young professionals of Roscosmos – 2022", which was held from August 15 to 24, 2022 in St. Petersburg.
The championship was attended by more than 600 employees from 32 organizations of the State Corporation "Roscosmos", as well as representatives of educational organizations of St. Petersburg, who competed in 18 core and 3 corporate competencies in various areas and categories. This year, in addition to the competitive part, educational training programs were conducted for all participants and experts aimed at forming and developing an effective team in the face of new challenges within the framework of continuous professional development. Also, for the first time in the framework of the championship, the Innovators' Cup was held, related to the solution of a production case problem.
According to the results of the competition, employees of JSC "Satellite system "Messenger" took the following prizes:
3rd place in the competence of "Recruiting":
Head of the HR Department Krylova Kira Ivanovna (with the participation of the expert - Chief Specialist Karna Polina Mikhailovna);
2nd place in the competence of "Labor Protection" (gold was not awarded):
Occupational safety specialist Vinnichenko Vladimir Viktorovich (with the participation of the expert - Head of the department-Deputy Director of the Murmansk branch Pavlenko Igor Vasilyevich);
2nd place in the competence "Network and system administration" (gold was not awarded):
The administrator of the branch network in Murmansk Kudesov Alexander Sergeevich (with the participation of an expert - the Leading engineer-administrator of the branch network Rostov-on-Don - Oleg Viktorovich Shvachko).
Ekaterina Samsonova, a leading specialist of SS Gonets JSC, and Sergey Leonidovich Koltsov, the Head of the Legal Service, also took part in the championship and showed high results. The organization of participation in the event of employees of JSC SS Gonets was carried out under the guidance and with the direct participation of the Director of Personnel Maslennikova Alla Viktorovna. The winners were awarded medals and prizes, as well as commemorative certificates of the State Corporation "Roscosmos" to all participants.
Corporate championships of professional skills "Young professionals of Roscosmos" are held annually in order to assess the quality of training of personnel of organizations belonging to the State Corporation. The competition promotes the popularization of engineering and technical specialties and professions of the Russian rocket and space industry among young people, as well as the formation of skills for the practical solution of design tasks for the creation and work with rocket and space technology.
