JSC "Satellite System "Gonets" (part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) will support the winners of the All-Russian competition “My Country - My Russia” - one of the projects of the presidential platform “Russia - the Land of Opportunities”. The satellite operator of the State Corporation Roscosmos will provide memorable souvenirs for rewarding the finalists in the "Tales of Space" nomination who are trained at the Interdisciplinary Design School at the Artek ICC.
More than 10 thousand children from all over Russia aged from 11 to 13 years old presented their fairy tales, drawings and creative works about space in the category "Tales of Space". Along with souvenirs, the satellite operator will provide presentation materials that will help children broaden their horizons in the field of mobile satellite technologies, which is actively developing at the beginning of the 21st century.
The 18th competition "My country - my Russia" is being implemented within the framework of the federal project "Social elevators for everyone" of the national project "Education". The head of the All-Russian competition "My country - my Russia" is Doctor of Pedagogy, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Education, Vice-Rector of the Russian State University for the Humanities Larisa Pastukhova. This year it is timed to coincide with the 60th anniversary of the first manned space flight by Yu.A. Gagarin. Its thematic areas are science, technology and space.
