MSRS «Loutch» can provide its channels for group access to the Internet and create a local wireless network with a depth of up to 12 km.
A user is provided the service with a set of MSRS «Loutch» Earth satellite communication stations (ESCS-L), used for communication with one of the «Loutch» relaying satellites. A 160 MHz channel can be used to transfer data at speeds up to 150 Mbps. An important feature is the possibility of dividing the channel into providing the station with various types of services. For example, it is possible to simultaneously transmit data and organize a local Internet access network.
The service is provided at any point up to 72˚N, S. The latitude restrictions are typical for any geostationary communication system.
