JSC "Satellite System "Gonets" took part in the profile conference "Corporate "space" management: effective practices of working with non-core assets", held in Moscow on March 13-14. This is the first such event organized by the Roscosmos State Corporation in order to create a specialized industry platform on corporate governance and property issues. The event brought together more than 150 participants from 59 Roscosmos organizations.
In his report, the head of Roscosmos, Yuri Borisov, noted the importance of the work of the corporate sector of the State Corporation, which annually provides income from the sale of non-core assets worth more than 5 billion rubles. In addition, corporate procedures ensure that budget investments in the amount of about 10 billion rubles are brought to Roscosmos enterprises.
During the conference, the participants heard reports from the heads of the profile direction of the State Corporation "Roscosmos" and the enterprises included in its contour, discussed the most successful cases of property complex management, innovations in the field of property valuation and taxation. Director of Legal Support and Corporate Development of JSC "Satellite System "Gonets" Olga Sgibneva presented a report on the topic: "Implementation of the risk management system in the organization of the State Corporation "Roscosmos" (including in the field of corporate governance) based on the software "Metagraph" (developer and copyright holder of JSC "Satellite system "Messenger"). According to the evaluation of the results of the work, she was awarded a diploma of the State Corporation "Roscosmos" for high professionalism and ensuring high efficiency in organizing the work of the Board of Directors of JSC "Satellite System "Gonets" and its subsidiary – LLC "Sphere".
