"Satellite system "Gonets" JSC (part of the State Corporation "Roscosmos") together with partners held the next Scientific and Technical Council (STC).
Within the framework of the council, issues of creating a prospective line of equipment for "Gonets" satellite system were considered, which will allow continuous monitoring and data transmission via secure communication channels using a grouping of low-orbit Gonets-M spacecraft. The new line of equipment of the Gonets satellite system assumes the presence of more compact and technically advanced subscriber terminals and antenna-feeder devices in it.
Based on the results of the STC, decisions were made on the directions of further joint work in the scientific and technical sphere to improve the current Gonets equipment and create prospective samples.
