On may 24-25, held a seminar-meeting of heads of financial and economic block of the rocket and space industry (RKO), which was attended by over 200 leaders of the financial-economic bloc of the state Corporation "Roscosmos".
The participants of the event discussed the priorities of the company's financial activities, including financial planning and reporting, pricing, procurement procedures, corporate governance, key areas of financial and economic activities RKO.
According to the results of the workshop was prepared by the integrated program of priority actions in order of unity of control and development of standards, business processes and financial models of organizations, financial and budget policy, formulation, adoption and approval of the performance KPIs, the organization's procurement activities.
