Means of multifunctional space system relay (MCR) Luch successfully completed a complex task to launch to the International space station (ISS) transport manned vehicle (WPK) "Soyuz MS-11" with a crew of three astronauts on Board (Russian cosmonaut Oleg Kononenko, astronaut Anne McClain (USA) and David Saint-Jacques (Canada)), which took place on 03 December at 14:31 GMT from the platform №1 of Baikonur cosmodrome.
In the course of the run channels MXR "Beam" was used to transmit the control telemetry information with TPK "Soyuz MS-11". Since the conclusion of the WPK into orbit until docking with the ISS on 3 December at 20:33 MSK held 9 sessions relay using the channels of the spacecraft "Luch-5A" and "Luch-5B". The employees of JSC "Satellite system "Messenger" fulfilled the task of monitoring their conduct.
However, from December 1 to December 3, directly at the Baikonur cosmodrome deployed by a mobile station MXR Luch, channels relay satellites "Luch-5V" and Wi-Fi repeaters employees of the Companies provided the Internet access of officials of state Corporation "Rosatom" and companies of the RCP, as well as media representatives.
