In accordance with the procurement plan for 2017-19. the State Corporation "Roscosmos" announced a tender for the manufacture and supply of three serial spacecraft (SC) "Gonets-M" № 33, 34 and 35. In accordance with the terms of the procurement, the satellites must be delivered to the cosmodrome "Plesetsk" by September 30, 2021. The executor of the contract will be selected on June 22 this year on the basis of open competition.
Serial spacecraft "Gonets-M" are used in the orbital group of multifunctional mobile satellite communications "Gonets-D1M" (the operator JSC "Satellite system "GONETS"). The lifetime of the satellite is 5 years, 3 spacecrafts are usually launched at a time.
