JSC "Satellite System "Gonets" (part of the State Corporation "Roscosmos") took part in the Federal Forum on IT and Digitalization in the timber industry complex Smart Forest, which was held on December 8, 2022 in St. Petersburg.
The forum was attended by heads and managers of digital transformation directorates, representatives of regulatory authorities, state institutions and development funds, top managers of domestic IT solution developers and other specialists. Representatives of JSC "Satellite system "Gonets" shared with the participants of the event the experience of using digital services "Gonets" in the field of monitoring logging equipment. Industry experts discussed topical issues of modernization of production facilities using new digital technologies, automation tools in the timber industry, corporate data management systems and production processes, as well as current issues of industry import substitution. As part of the business program of the forum, an exhibition was also held, at which innovative products of developers of IT solutions and software for the timber industry were presented.
