Dmitry Rogozin has instructed the relevant authorities to extend the scope of application of the system "Gonets"

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin set the task of Roscosmos, the Ministry of regional development, the Ministry of economic development and RF Ministry of transport to submit proposals for use of the satellite system "Gonets" in various areas of economic activities. This instruction is given in the framework of realization of large projects on implementation of the system "GLONASS", a coherent environment for which it is possible to provide a communication satellite system "Gonets". Priority areas - improving the security of social vulnerable groups of citizens, used to carry out road construction works in the fields of tourism, use of natural resources, as well as in agriculture.
